Key Qualifications:
Current certification in Computed Tomography (CT) by ARRT or equivalent Active, unrestricted state license as required for imaging professionals Demonstrated experience working with advanced CT equipment and protocols Strong knowledge of safety standards related to imaging and radiation Proven ability to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff Willingness to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
Typical Responsibilities:
Operate CT imaging equipment to perform diagnostic procedures under physician direction Ensure patient comfort, safety, and proper positioning throughout the imaging process Review imaging requests, verify patient identity, and obtain relevant medical history prior to procedures Produce high-quality images for diagnostic interpretation while adhering to established protocols Accurately document procedures and patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements Troubleshoot, clean, and maintain all imaging equipment and workspaces Uphold patient privacy, confidentiality, and hospital policy standards during all interactions This opportunity allows you to expand your clinical skills, interact with a diverse patient population, and contribute meaningfully in a busy medical setting.
