Job Description
Category Imaging - CT Job Type Travel Experience living and working in vibrant Charleston, SC—a city renowned for its rich history, coastal charm, and lively culinary and arts scene. This travel assignment allows you to grow both professionally and personally, offering exposure to a free-standing emergency department environment where you'll broaden your clinical skills working with the latest GE Revolution Maxima CT and GE Tempo RAD units. Collaborate with seasoned professionals, learn innovative workplace practices, and expand your skill set in both general radiology and CT, strengthening your resume for future opportunities.
Schedule:
Three 12-hour shifts per week holiday coverage may be required Possibility to rotate to other shifts or facilities depending on staffing needsKey Qualifications:
General radiology technologist experience Proficient in performing both X-ray and CT exams in an emergency setting ARRT(R)(CT) and SCRQSA certifications required BLS certification required Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, 11-bed emergency departmentPrimary Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality X-ray and CT imaging as the sole tech during your shift Operate advanced diagnostic equipment (GE Revolution Maxima CT, GE Tempo RAD) Document procedures using the Meditech system, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance Demonstrate excellent clinical judgment and patient care under pressure Follow all departmental guidelines and hospital protocols while maintaining professional attire (gray scrubs) Adapt to potential floating or rotating assignments as neededPerks and Benefits:
