Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Travel Nestled in Jackson, MO, this travel assignment offers the unique chance to work in a charming Midwest community known for its scenic parks, close-knit atmosphere, and historical landmarks. While on assignment, you'll immerse yourself in vibrant local culture, enjoy regional cuisine, and access nearby adventures—making your downtime both enriching and memorable. This role offers you the opportunity to strengthen your resume with hands-on experience using Siemens 128 slice scanners and EPIC EMR, broadening your skills in a new clinical environment.
Schedule & Hours Shift:
Four 10-hour daytime shifts per week (specifics to be finalized in interview) Guaranteed 36 hours weekly Weekend hours discussed in interview No call requirements Qualifications 1+ years' CT experience; Siemens 128 slice scanner competency required Radiologic Technology Certification highly preferred ARRT certification required CT registry preferred Current flu vaccination required (Nov 1-Apr 1; exemptions must be approved) Professionalism in patient advocacy and courtesy Responsibilities Conduct high-quality CT imaging procedures Operate and maintain Siemens 128 slice scanners Accurately position, immobilize, and monitor patients for safe, effective imaging Apply ALARA and Image Gently principles; uphold strict safety standards Gather and correlate clinical data and histories Respond to urgent patient situations and initiate life support if necessary Maintain IV skills as applicable Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and other care units to order and perform exams Benefits & Perks Tax-advantaged stipends for housing and meals Comprehensive travel support and assistance Premium compensation compared to staff roles Healthcare coverage and 401(k) Opportunities for stable employment with each new assignment Distinctive experience working with advanced imaging technology Opportunities for personal and professional growth Take the next step in your career and explore new horizons—apply now to gain valuable experience in a supportive and innovative healthcare setting.
