Category Imaging - CT Job Type Travel Experience the natural beauty and unique culture of Southeast Alaska while advancing your career in medical imaging. As an Imaging professional, you'll serve a wide range of patient populations—from newborns to geriatric adults—enhancing your ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic clinical settings. Your role will be key in ensuring quality diagnostic imaging, with responsibilities that highlight both independence and team collaboration. During your downtime, explore the rugged outdoors, local cultural heritage, and pristine Alaskan coastline for rewarding experiences beyond the workplace.
Schedule/Hours:
Rotating shifts as required Must be willing to take call and report to work within 20 minutesQualifications:
Active ARRT certification in Radiography required BLS certification (obtain within 45 days of start) Clinical competency assessment within 3 months of hire and then every 3 years Multi-modality credentials or willingness to cross-train (CT, Mammography, Ultrasound, MRI preferred)Responsibilities:
Perform radiographic, sonographic, and mammographic exams for diagnostic interpretation Maintain accurate patient records and quality assurance in the department Assist physicians with invasive/interventional procedures Support departmental operations, including inventory, QC, and cross-modality imaging Provide care to all age groups and adapt imaging protocols as needed Participate in educational activities, disaster drills, and maintain certification requirementsBenefits and Perks:
