Schedule:
Travel assignment structure: temporary, flexible shifts
Key Qualifications:
Current RN license, active and in good standing Previous experience as a CVOR RN required BLS and ACLS certifications (current) Demonstrated proficiency with CVOR protocols, sterile techniques, and patient safety standards Exceptional communication and adaptability in fast-paced surgical settings
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care for patients during cardiovascular surgical procedures Assist surgical teams with high-level instrumentation and sterile field maintenance Monitor patient status pre-, intra-, and post-operatively, documenting all vital information Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care Adhere to best practices for infection prevention, patient advocacy, and safety procedures
