Required Qualifications:

Valid, unencumbered RN license Minimum of 2 years' recent experience as a CVOR RN Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) Expertise in all aspects of preoperative and intraoperative CVOR patient care Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during complex procedures Foster a safe, sterile environment and maintain compliance with protocols Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition Document interventions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Educate patients and families pre- and post-operatively
