Schedule:
Mostly day shift 8-hour shifts, approximately 6:30 AM-3:00 PM (subject to department needs) On-call requirement: 10-12 days per month
Key Qualifications:
Valid RN license At least one year of recent CVOR experience Competence with open HEART cases is essential Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong communication and adaptability in fast-paced surgical settings
Core Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub for cardiovascular operative procedures, including open heart surgeries Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists Implement strict infection control standards and monitor patient safety Provide accurate documentation and patient care throughout the perioperative phase Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled
