Qualifications:

Active and unencumbered RN license Experience in Cardiovascular OR (CVOR) required Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide pre-, intra-, and post-operative nursing care for cardiovascular surgical patients Scrub and circulate for CVOR procedures as needed Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members to promote patient safety and comfort Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient status and care provided Adhere to all hospital policies, compliance guidelines, and best practices
