With 26 state-of-the-art suites facilitating a wide range of surgical services—ENT, neuro, plastics, robotics, vascular, cardiac, and thoracic procedures—each day brings a new challenge. You'll collaborate with a seasoned team, expanding your expertise by caring for patients across the lifespan from neonates to geriatrics. Exposure to varied workplace protocols and leadership models fosters valuable professional development and enhances your resume.
Schedule/Hours:
4 x 10-hour day shifts
Off-shift/on-call:
4-5 shifts per 13-week assignment (12hr shift or on-call, day or night)
Key Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of recent CVOR RN experience required Ability to both scrub and circulate (circulator-only applicants not considered) Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety
Responsibilities:
Scrub and circulate for cardiovascular operating room procedures Deliver perioperative care for a diverse patient population Participate in both inpatient and outpatient surgical cases Support high-acuity, interdisciplinary care routines Engage with continued learning opportunities in a high-tech OR environment
