Schedule/Hours:
Full-time travel assignment (flexible scheduling options based on need)
Qualifications:
Current RN license Recent experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) nursing Strong assessment, planning, and documentation skills Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams BLS and ACLS certifications required
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate safe delivery of patient care in the CVOR Apply the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation Delegate, supervise, and document care, including patient and family teaching Facilitate communication of pertinent patient information to the healthcare team Identify and help resolve variances from patient goals, implementing effective solutions
