Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment; flexible scheduling may be available based on facility needs.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Active RN license (state licensure or compact). Minimum of 2 years recent CVOR experience required. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Proficient in circulating, scrubbing, and/or assisting with cardiovascular surgical procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt to fast-paced surgical environments.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert care before, during, and after cardiovascular surgical procedures. Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary OR team members. Maintain safety and infection control practices. Monitor patient status and respond rapidly to changes in condition. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols.
