You'll broaden your resume by working with cutting-edge equipment including Impella, ECMO, bypass pumps, and leading-edge laser technology for procedures such as lead extraction. Staff is minimal and collaborative, ensuring you play a vital, dynamic role and gain invaluable leadership insights across multiple specialties.
Schedule/Hours:
Day Shift:
1 RN, 1 Tech in each of 2 rooms Rotating weekends possibleCall:
Split, varies with staffing (2 RNs and 1 tech on call)Key Qualifications:
Valid, unencumbered RN license ACLS and BLS certification (required) Minimum two years of acute OR nursing experience Able to scrub and circulate across all service lines Proficiency with Meditech documentation Willingness to take call and rotate weekends Excellent critical thinking, multitasking, and bedside mannerBonus:
Experience working in additional surgical specialties, including robotics, orthopedics, spine, andGYN Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive perioperative care in a 1:1 patient setting Participate in a variety of procedures including joint replacement, ENT, vascular, thoracic, and others Effectively document, assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care Maintain strong communication with the surgical team Adhere strictly to infection control and safety standardsExceptional Benefits:
