Schedule:

Primarily day shifts 8-hour shifts, typically 6:30 AM-3:00 PM (subject to departmental needs) Call requirement: 10-12 days per month

Qualifications:

Active RN license Minimum one year of recent CVOR/cardiac surgery experience Proven ability to support and circulate in open-heart procedures BLS and ACLS certifications required Flexibility to adapt to changing clinical priorities and call schedules Excellent teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills

Role Responsibilities:

Circulate and scrub for cardiovascular surgeries, with a specific focus on heart cases Deliver high-quality, patient-centered perioperative care Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and support staff to ensure optimal outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility protocols Respond effectively to emergent situations during and after cardiac procedures
