Desired Qualifications:

Current certification/licensure as a CVOR Tech or eligibility to obtain. Demonstrated experience in cardiovascular operating room nursing, including complex case support. BLS and/or ACLS certification (as required by assignment). Strong communication, critical thinking, and adaptability in fast-paced surgical settings. Previous travel assignment experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, maintain, and manage sterile surgical environments for cardiovascular procedures. Assist surgeons and teams during all phases of cardiovascular operations. Monitor patient status, using advanced equipment and protocols to ensure safety and optimal outcomes. Maintain strict compliance with infection control and patient safety standards. Document preoperative and intraoperative activities accurately and efficiently.
