Schedule/Hours:

Flexible day and evening shifts as needed Call required for enhanced learning and potential overtime

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist NBSTA and DORA certifications (must be obtained before submission) Ortho/joint surgical experience required

Preferred:

Level I or trauma center experience, prior Meditech EMR use

Responsibilities:

Assist with neuro, transplant, and orthopedic/spine procedures Demonstrate advanced technical knowledge and accountability Consistently deliver safe, efficient care in a 1:1 nurse-to-patient environment Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including RN, ST, PCTs, ATs, and trauma response Maintain documentation in
