Schedule/Hours:
Must be available for any shift (AM/PM), Monday through Saturday, according to staffing demands Will rotate across peninsula locations (Poulsbo, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Port Townsend)
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from WA State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact license Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA) Minimum of 1 year of direct nursing experience Previous dialysis nursing experience (required) Experience in acute or ambulatory care is a plus
Responsibilities:
Oversee high-quality delivery of dialysis therapies Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans Supervise and mentor Dialysis Technicians Adjust treatment per standing orders and individualized care plans Monitor patient outcomes and administer required medications Participate in quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (social workers, dietitians, nephrologists)
