Job Description

Must hold current certification in echocardiography as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) via ARDMS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) via CCI. A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Echo Tech required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Schedule/Hours:
Day shift, 7:00AM - 5:30PM No weekend or on-call requirements
Key Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a two-year allied health education program (patient care related) highly preferred Current State of New Mexico Echo Sonographer License Registered or registry eligible with A.R.D.M.S./CCI or comparable national accreditation BLS certification from the American Heart Association Minimum two years' recent experience performing echocardiograms preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Manual dexterity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic echocardiograms on both adult and pediatric patients Collaborate with the Director of Cardiovascular Services and multidisciplinary teams Maintain rigorous safety standards to minimize exposure to pathogens Safely handle and maneuver equipment, beds, and carts
