Schedule/Hours:
8-hour days; Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. No weekends or holiday shifts; one night of on-call per week
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years' clinical experience in cardiac ultrasound as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer with at least 4,000 echocardiograms performed RCS-CCI or
RDCS-ARDMS
credential; BLS required Graduate of an accredited program in cardiac ultrasound/echocardiography preferred OR health science-related diploma, associate, or bachelor's degree Training or certification in IV and UEA contrast administration preferred Neonatal echo experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of cardiac ultrasound studies, including resting, stress, and transesophageal echocardiograms, using GE Vivid E95 and Philips CVX equipment Provide services in the OR, cath lab, and EP lab settings Deliver high-quality patient care and support across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency departments Complete a comprehensive 2-day orientation at TUKHS and site-specific orientation
