Desired Qualifications:

Current and active RN license Recent experience in Emergency Room (ER) nursing BLS and ACLS certifications (required) TNCC and PALS certifications preferred Strong critical thinking, patient assessment, and multitasking skills Ability to thrive in high-pressure, rapidly changing scenarios

Key Responsibilities:

Provide efficient, compassionate nursing care to ER patients Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal care in urgent situations Triage patients and prioritize care based on acuity Administer medications and manage IVs Document care and patient responses accurately Support physicians and fellow nurses in procedures and emergencies
