Working in a 65-bed Emergency Department, you'll collaborate with dynamic teams and see a wide variety of patient populations, from pediatrics to acute mental health cases. With every shift, you'll gain exposure to leading workplace practices, cross-disciplinary teamwork, and diverse leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:
36 hours per week Night shifts Every other weekend Rotating shifts may be requested (rare; nights are fixed) Floating to other ED pods as needed
Key Qualifications:
Active RN license Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Nursing experience Proficiency in general ED nursing skills: assessment, documentation, IV/Phlebotomy, EKG, Cardiac Monitoring, point-of-care testing, splinting, patient education, critical thinking Experience with all patient age groups and diverse populations
EMR:
Familiarity with
EPIC ASAP
preferred
AHA BLS, ACLS & PALS
certifications required (NRP & TNCC strongly preferred)
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in a fast-paced ED setting Rapid, accurate assessment and care coordination across all populations Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration for best patient outcomes Consistent and thorough documentation Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans
