Role Responsibilities:

Deliver age-specific, direct patient care in the Emergency Department Practice within the Nursing Process, adhering to departmental and specialty-specific standards Uphold compliance with all relevant State and Federal healthcare laws, regulations, and facility policies Assume leadership responsibilities, including delegation to support staff as appropriate Participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Current, active RN license Two or more years of recent ER experience preferred Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC), or proof of enrollment in required courses prior to orientation Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities Dedication to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
