Schedule/Hours:

36 weekly guaranteed hours Four weekend shifts required within every four weeks No call requirements

Required Qualifications:

Current RN license ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (must be completed prior to submission) Minimum two years' ER nursing experience (trauma and pediatric background preferred) Resilient, hardworking, and team-oriented personality Willingness to provide care for diverse, high-acuity patients

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, timely, and expert care within a 22-bed Emergency Department Prioritize patients with ratios of 4:1 (pod), 2:1 (critical), and 6:1 (fast track) Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team using the Cerner EHR system Maintain professionalism and meet dress code (scrubs—any color/print; non-scrub attire not permitted)
