Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ER RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Schedule/Hours:
Night shift: 6:45pm-7:15am 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional, evidence-based emergency nursing care in accordance with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics Perform assessments, develop patient care plans, and evaluate outcomes using critical thinking Promote relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to individual needs Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive quality and patient safety Document thoroughly and communicate effectively with patients and team members Mentor new nurses and participate in shared governance and performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
RN license (Single State or Compact) Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred) BLS certification (required upon hire) ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (or equivalent)—can be earned within 180 days of hire Prior Emergency Department nursing experience highly preferred Strong analytical, time management, and critical thinking skills
