Schedule/Hours:
Travel position (specific schedule provided upon interview)
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Active RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact eligibility) Minimum of 1-2 years current ER experience required BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (additional certifications may be advantageous) Strong triage, prioritization, and patient assessment abilities Adaptable, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care to patients with acute emergencies and trauma Conduct quick, accurate patient assessments and triage based on urgency Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition Collaborate efficiently with multidisciplinary teams Administer medications, perform interventions, and utilize advanced medical equipment Educate and support patients and their families during stressful situations
