Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ER RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications:
Valid RN license in good standing Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience (travel experience preferred) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required Strong assessment skills, adaptability, and critical thinking under pressure Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with interdisciplinary teams
Core Responsibilities:
Assess and prioritize patient care needs in a high-volume emergency setting Administer treatments, medications, and interventions in accordance with protocols Collaborate in trauma care and rapid-response scenarios Maintain meticulous patient records and clear communication with patients and families Provide leadership, anticipate complications, and act swiftly in emergent situations
