Key Requirements:

Valid RN license in state of practice AHA or ARC BLS certification (required) ACLS and PALS (AHA or ARC) certifications (required) BSN preferred Prior acute care or ER experience preferred Compassion, adaptability, and strong critical thinking skills

Deliver and coordinate comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process Supervise and direct assigned staff within the ER setting Collect and assess relevant patient data; develop and implement care plans Facilitate health promotion and a safe, healing environment Educate patients, families, and staff on health information and care processes Collaborate across disciplines to ensure continuity and quality of care Participate in discharge planning to support patient transitions
