No weekend requirements No holiday shifts
Key Qualifications:
Active RN license, in good standing Prior experience in an Emergency Room setting required Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Strong assessment, triage, and critical decision-making skills Excellent teamwork and communication abilities Adaptable to fast-paced and ever-changing environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide rapid assessment and efficient, high-quality care to patients in the ER Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Perform and monitor interventions per established protocols Manage patient flow, documentation, and discharge planning Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient education and support
