13 weeks (with potential for extension)
Hours:
36 weekly
Shift:
12-hour evenings
Weekends:
Every other weekend Scrub color: Navy blue As a Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care, you'll serve on the front lines of patient advocacy, rapid assessment, and high-stakes decision-making. This is your chance to further hone critical skills, learn fresh approaches, and be immersed in a supportive clinical setting.
Key Qualifications:
Valid RN license, eligible to practice in Florida Minimum 1-2 years of recent ER nursing experience ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (required or willing to obtain) Proficient in emergency protocols and triage Strong communication skills and adaptability
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional patient care in the ER, from triage through stabilization and transfer or discharge Collaborate with physicians and care teams to initiate urgent treatments Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes Respond swiftly to emergent situations, advocating for patient safety at all times Provide compassionate support to patients and families during critical moments
