Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ER RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications:
Current RN licensure in Maine or authorization pending by endorsement Graduate of an accredited nursing program Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification required Must obtain ACLS and PALS within six months of hire Minimum of 2 years emergency nursing experience preferred Outstanding assessment, documentation, and communication skills Proven ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations Strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality

Provide safe, effective, quality care in the emergency department Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Uphold state standards and organizational policies Respond proactively and efficiently to rapid changes in patient status
