Qualifications:

Current WY RN license or multi-state RN license (must be submitted with application) Active ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC certifications (American Heart Association) Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience Flexibility to float between Lander and Riverton campuses as needed Demonstrated critical thinking skills, clinical judgment, and leadership Willingness to complete all required compliance documents prior to assignment

Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, effective care to ER patients following nursing process and established protocols Anticipate emergent needs and prioritize care assignments appropriately Supervise and delegate duties to assigned staff, aligning tasks with skill level and experience Maintain clinical competency through continuing education Ensure clear documentation and communication with interdisciplinary teams Support the delivery of excellent patient-centric care in a fast-paced environment
