Schedule/Hours 13-week assignment Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (primarily third shift; other weekdays possible)

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' recent ER RN experience Current, active RN license BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC certifications (all current at the time of submission) Permanent address located 50+ miles from Farmington, AR Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and compassion in high-pressure situations

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver prompt, expert nursing care to emergency patients of all ages Triage, assess, and monitor vital signs and reactions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement and evaluate individualized care plans Maintain accurate health records and uphold hospital protocols Support patient families and provide critical health education
