Desired Qualifications:

Active RN license with at least 2+ years of ER experience Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications NRP certification preferred Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity settings Excellent critical thinking and interpersonal skills Flexibility and adaptability for floating and taking call

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room, triaging and prioritizing patient needs Collaborate with ED physicians, technicians, and ancillary staff for comprehensive patient care Rapidly assess, intervene, and document all aspects of patient care Safely float to other departments as needed and respond to call assignments
