Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent ER experience required BLS and ACLS certification (additional certifications like PALS or TNCC preferred) Proficient with rapid assessment and multitasking in high-pressure scenarios Strong communication and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Triage and deliver evidence-based care to patients with urgent or emergent conditions Collaborate closely with physicians, ancillary staff, and patient families Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement physician orders Participate actively in crisis interventions and emergency procedures Ensure meticulous patient records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
