You'll work in an Emergency Department that features an 11-bed main unit, 6-bed Fast Track, and 7-bed Observation Unit. Nurses benefit from rotating responsibilities across Triage, Quick Registration, Covid Tent, Entry Screening, and other vital areas, ensuring no two days are alike. By adapting to varying roles and collaborating with diverse clinical teams, you'll gain invaluable exposure to a range of workplace practices and leadership styles, enhancing your skill set and career trajectory.

Schedule:

Typical schedule is 7 nights on, 7 nights off Alternating weeks: 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next

Shifts:

Night (7p-7a); flexibility required for occasional day shift coverage Minimal RTO considered

Qualifications:

Active RN license Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS or

ENPC, TNCC

required Conscious sedation certification (can be obtained onsite; fee applies) Comfortable rotating across various ED areas and floating to other qualified departments

Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, compassionate care in main ED, Fast Track, and Observation areas Participate in triage, quick registration, screening, and Covid-related assignments Respond to fluctuating patient volumes with flexibility and teamwork Assist with Covid testing and immunization clinics as needed Float to other departments as qualified, including direct patient care or support tasks
