Key Qualifications:
ARRT or RCES certification required Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience as an EP Tech Proficient in operating and troubleshooting a wide range of electrophysiology imaging equipment Strong knowledge of EP lab procedures, protocols, and patient safety Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist physicians in the performance of EP diagnostic and therapeutic procedures Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac electrophysiology data Prepare and maintain a sterile field in the EP lab Ensure proper functioning of imaging and monitoring equipment Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care Uphold patient confidentiality and hospital compliance standards
