Key Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license Minimum 1 year of recent experience in an ER setting BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (must be current) Strong assessment, critical thinking, and prioritization skills Excellent communication abilities and adaptability to changing situations
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled, compassionate care to patients in the ER, triaging and responding swiftly to emergencies Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Document assessments, interventions, and follow-up thoroughly and accurately Provide emotional support and patient education to individuals and families during high-stress situations Maintain compliance with facility policies, protocols, and regulatory standards
