Qualifications & Experience:
Current RN license in good standing Minimum 1-2 years recent RN experience in an ER setting BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required) Strong critical thinking and communication skills Adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Department Quickly assess, triage, and stabilize patients with a wide range of conditions Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other nursing staff Maintain accurate, clear clinical documentation Assist with procedures and provide patient/family education
