Schedule:

• Full-time, night shift

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and assess individualized patient care plans
• Prioritize, manage, and delegate care efficiently in high-acuity situations
• Triage, treat, evaluate, and document according to established standards
• Collaborate closely with all healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes
• Provide comprehensive patient and family education
• Precept new hires and student nurses as needed
• Uphold ethical and professional standards of nursing
• Actively engage in quality improvement and organizational initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active Colorado RN or Compact license
• BLS (within 90 days of hire)
• ACLS (within 6 months of hire)
• PALS/ENPC, TNCC, STABLE, and NRP (within 1 year of hire)
• Bachelor's in Nursing or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years hospital nursing experience, and at least 1 year in ED or Critical Care preferred
• Must clear background check, drug/alcohol screen, and Employee Health meeting
