Job Description

In this travel nursing assignment, you'll join a 65-bed, pod-based Emergency Department equipped with a separate pediatric unit and a designated Acute Mental Health area. Schedule/Hours:
36 hours per week Night Shifts (with every other weekend) Floating to other units required Rotating shifts may be requested (though less frequent for this night position) FREE on-site parking
Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to diverse emergency department patients Perform assessments, documentation, IV & phlebotomy, EKG, and cardiac monitoring Execute point-of-care testing, splinting, and patient education Apply critical thinking in fast-paced scenarios Utilize
EPIC ASAP
for patient charting Collaborate effectively within the healthcare team, occasionally floating as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Nursing experience Current RN license and
AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS
certifications required
NRP & TNCC
certifications preferred Strong general ED skills and the ability to care for a broad patient population
