Desired Qualifications:

Current NY RN license (active) verified via NURSYS 2+ years of ED nursing experience, including pediatric cases and documented travel experience EMR proficiency, specifically with EPIC Current AHA certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC (all required) Charge nurse capability (highly preferred) Ability to float to other units as needed Up-to-date skills checklist matching ED specialty Valid driver's license with address matching application demographic Resume reflecting required qualifications and travel history

Responsibilities:

Provide expert care for a diverse patient population: newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics Manage acute, trauma, super-track, CDU, and psych patients across a 64-bed ER Administer and monitor a wide range of medications and drips (e.g., pressors, vasodilators, sedation, anti-arrhythmics) Operate specialized equipment such as rapid infusors and Arctic Sun devices Respond to emergencies, including strokes, cardiac events, and severe trauma
