Schedule/Hours:

36 hours per week 1900-0700 (7pm-7am) One on-call shift per week Weekend and holiday shifts as needed

Qualifications:

Active Kansas or compact state RN license BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required Minimum of 3 years' ER nursing experience (5+ years and large facility background preferred) Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt to high-acuity environments Flexibility to float on rare occasions

Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent emergency care to patients with a range of urgent health needs Respond efficiently to high-pressure situations, utilizing top clinical judgment Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adhere to evidence-based protocols and hospital policies Maintain detailed, accurate documentation
