Job Description

Embrace the charm of the Midwest while building your skills in dynamic home health care settings and collaborating with supportive interdisciplinary teams. Between patient visits, discover local parks, waterfronts, and unique small-town attractions—making your downtime both relaxing and enriching. This travel assignment is ideal for an Occupational Therapist with at least three years of clinical experience, particularly in home health, SNF, or acute care. You'll work exclusively with adult patients, including geriatrics, post-stroke or joint replacement recovery, and those needing support with chronic conditions like COPD and CHF. Connect with nursing and physical therapy professionals during morning huddles, broaden your clinical toolkit, and encounter different leadership styles and care delivery models.
Schedule/Hours:
Monday through Friday, approximately 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM No weekends, on-call shifts, or holiday requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist (home health preferred, but SNF or acute care considered) Active WI OT license and BLS certification Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance Strong evaluation and treatment skills focused on activities of daily living and adaptive equipment
Responsibilities:
Serve a caseload of six patients/points each day in their homes Conduct thorough evaluations and standard visits, tailoring care for adult home health patients Attend daily interdisciplinary team huddles (via phone) Document in EPIC electronic medical records system
