Travel We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you will use clinical expertise to ensure the safe and accurate distribution of medications to patients across a hospital setting. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out to walk you through next steps.

Minimum Requirements:

Active Pharmacist license in the state of Florida required. Experience working as a Pharmacist in a hospital setting preferred. Experience with EPIC or similar electronic health record systems required. Demonstrated experience with medication reconciliation and discharge medication counseling. Experience with sterile product preparation and parenteral medication labeling and competency assessments. Knowledge and experience in antimicrobial stewardship, including interpretation of culture results and making antimicrobial recommendations, preferred. Experience with pharmacokinetic dosing management and anticoagulation dosing management preferred. Familiarity with controlled substance handling, inventory processes, and regulatory compliance required. Strong communication skills for gathering home medication lists and providing discharge counseling. Ability to participate in pharmacy quality assurance, P&T committee activities, and staff training.
