Required Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred Active, unencumbered Hawaii RN license (must be valid throughout contract) Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications;

AHA PALS

also required CPI or equivalent certification preferred Specialty certification(s) (such as CCRN) highly desired Minimum two years of full-time, recent ICU RN experience (prior to any travel assignments) Medical/Surgical, mixed ICU, and CRRT experience highly desired

EPIC EMR

experience required Must pass an EKG exam (80% or higher) during orientation All required licenses and certifications must be valid at time of application through contract duration Compliance must be submitted 10 days prior to start date No Requested Time Off (RTO) permitted during the initial contract

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional patient care to critically ill patients within the ICU Float as needed to areas of similar or lower acuity (Telemetry, Med/Surg, ED holds, PACU holds) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, adapt to evolving patient needs, and maintain best practices
