Schedule:
7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Every third weekend rotation
Qualifications:
Active RN license, eligible to practice in the state of IA Minimum 1 year of recent experience in ICU nursing BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to work within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the ICU Monitor, assess, and record patient progress and vital signs Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding complex cases Administer medications, therapies, and advanced life support interventions Educate patients and families with empathy and clarity about treatments and recovery
