Schedule/Hours:

Day shift: 7:00 am - 7:30 pm Weekend rotation: Every other weekend 1 day paid orientation (comprehensive onboarding)

Qualifications:

Active RN license Three years of ICU experience (CRRT/NxStage experience preferred) BLS and ACLS certification required NIHSS certification preferred Proficient in ventilator and trach management, invasive lines, CVVH/CRRT, and post-surgical recovery Familiarity with EPIC charting system preferred COVID vaccination required

Responsibilities:

Deliver critical care to patients with varying acuity (medical, surgical, cardiac) Manage complex equipment like ventilators, A-lines, balloon pumps, and CRRT Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for best outcomes Prioritize patient safety and adhere to PPE protocols Float as needed to intermediate, med-surg, ED boarding, and observation units Participate in a supportive orientation and ongoing educational activities
