Desired Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience ACLS and BLS certifications (current) Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills Proficiency with ICU medical equipment and EMR systems Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting Monitor vital signs and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition Administer medications, IV infusions, and advanced therapies as ordered Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members Advocate for patients and families, providing education and support Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety protocols
