Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient hospital setting specializing in pediatrics Utilize EPIC software for medication management and patient records Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapies and ensure safe administration Participate in medication reconciliation and patient counseling

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
