Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Every 6th weekend coverage with subsequent weekdays off

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately review, interpret, validate, and dispense medication orders and prescriptions. Monitor and manage patient medication therapy for therapeutic effectiveness and safety. Maintain compliance with departmental policies, quality improvement programs, and pharmacy regulations. Provide clear drug information to patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Participate in emergency drug therapy management, assisting with preparation and drug supply maintenance. Coordinate daily pharmacy technician activities to optimize department workflow. Uphold organizational values including empathy, integrity, stewardship, agility, and teamwork through professional engagement and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy. Valid Ohio Pharmacy License in good standing. Minimum one year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaborative patient care.
