Key Responsibilities:

Accurately review, interpret, and dispense medication orders. Monitor patient medication regimens to ensure therapeutic effectiveness and appropriateness. Maintain and adhere to departmental policies, quality improvement programs, and regulatory standards. Communicate complex drug information to patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Assist in emergency drug therapy management and ensure availability of necessary medications. Coordinate daily activities of pharmacy technicians to meet patient and departmental needs. Qualifications & Experience:

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Every 6th weekend coverage with subsequent weekday time off.
